Personally identifiable information sent to CCSN, such as an email message requesting information on admissions, may be seen and addressed by staff for the purposes necessary to serve a sender's needs. Cesar Chavez School Network does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals except when individuals intentionally provide such information in a question, transaction, on a web form or other web-based communication sent to the network. The CCSN web site
has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. It will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without explicit consent or unless required by law.
CCSN may collect non-personal information-items such as date & time, a visitor's web browser and version, the pages visited and the referring site-to perform statistical analyses and user trends and interests and to generate general reports based on this information. This non-personal information is stored in server logs and will not be sold or otherwise transferred unless required by law.
