Welcome to CCSN
Located in Pueblo, Cesar Chavez School Network schools hope to expand the opportunities of its students by fostering in them a commitment to exceptional academic achievement, leadership, and community involvement. This goal is accomplished by a commitment to intense academic preparation, small class size, a longer school day and year, expected parental commitment, and a heavily involved staff. After just five years of operation, every grade exceeded state performancelevels in all subject areas.
CCSN, the Cesar Chavez School Network, is currently comprised of César Chávez Academy (CCA) and Dolores Huerta Preparatory High (DHPH) both located in Pueblo, Colorado, Cesar Chavez Academy - Central (CCA-Central) and Cesar Chavez Academy-North both located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, GOAL Academy online and with a new site slated to open in Denver, Colorado within the next two years.
All our schools are public schools offering a curriculum built upon the Core Knowledge foundation. The students at our institutions reflect the diversity of their communities and have demonstrated the capacity to consistently achieve academic excellence. This is exemplified by students scoring well above the district average in all grades and in all components of the Colorado Student Assessment Program.
